The Story Behind "Baithak"

I would not lie to you, so here's the true story…


After my dad retired from the defence forces and my parents shifted to Gaur City, I finally started something I had always wanted to - a small homemade food venture with my mom (and yes, dad cooks too 😌).


When I used to live alone, I really missed proper ghar ka non-veg coz t’s rarely available the way it’s cooked at home. That’s why we started with homemade non-veg thalis, along with authentic Bihari snacks like thekua, gujiya, and nimki.


No commercial setup.

Just small-batch, proper ghar ka khana ❤️
